My mission is to take on meaningful work to support a world that needs to transition towards more sustainable ways of being. I love to work with people to help make this happen: from facilitating the growth and development of leaders and teams to transformational work with individuals through coaching.  In recent years this has evolved into facilitation and coaching mostly for clients in the NGO, energy and conservation sector.

Background and experience

I was born in Sweden and moved to the UK as a teenager. This meant developing my interest in languages and new cultures- starting school with barely a word of English; navigating the rules both formal and unwritten for integrating with British life; the relationships with friends and teachers which provided a strong foundation. It is my Scandinavian roots that explain my love of nature and the outdoors. A serious ski accident in my late teens put pay to my fantasies of being an adventurer, but taught me the value of my mobility and the determination to regain it in challenging circumstances. I moved North and studied for a degree in Marketing with French Studies.

My first decade post-degree was spent in Financial Services, learning project management, business analysis, collaborating to launch two new businesses which ultimately were bought by AXA. Branching out into people development and leadership development proved so enriching until my interest in sustainability led to a Masters in Sustainable Leadership Development. This proved a life changing experience including a new job delivering sustainability programmes in amazing locations around the world, and even moving to a new home in the French Pyrenees! I continue to work as coach, facilitator and designing programmes for organisations serious about their sustainability commitments. My core values: love of nature; human approaches to learning and growth; underpin everything I do.
